I thought about writing you a poem, but I couldn't think of anything that fit the mood So I opted to write you a letter, only no sweet or romantic words came to mind And that's when it hit me. I was thinking with my head not my heart My mind is all logics, my heart is full of love, no wonder no verses came to me, I was trying to use brain power not love. And for that I'm sorry cause in all the time I spent fuming over my lack of emotion, I forgot that my heart sings of your love every time it beats, my fingers trace poems along your body when we touch, and my mind etches stories in memories that put letters to shame. realizing this, I cry. Because I've done so little for you and still, you love me like I've given you the world.
